Casa Honey Chai

Recipe:
1 oz. Rare Tea Cellar Emperor Chai Syrup
1 tsp. Green City Market honey
1 oz. lemon juice
Barritt's Ginger Beer
Instructions
Build all ingredients in a shaker tin with ice. Shake. Strain over fresh ice into a glass. Top with Barritt's Ginger Beer. Garnish with a rosemary sprig and serve.
