Hot-Hot-Heat

Recipe:
1.5 oz. juiced watermelon
.5 oz. habanero-ginger syrup *
.5 oz. fresh pressed lime
1 dash The Bitter Truth Original Celery Bitters


* Habanero-Ginger Syrup
3 oz. fresh ginger
1 habanero
.5 qt. raw sugar
.5 qt. white sugar
1 qt. water
Instructions
Habanero-Ginger Syrup Peel and chop ginger. Bring water and sugar mixture to a boil. Add ginger and habanero pepper. Simmer on medium heat for approximately 20 minutes. Steep until cool. Fine strain and refrigerate until use.

Build all ingredients in a mixing glass. Shake. Strain over fresh ice into a glass. Garnish with a cilantro sprig and serve.
