Proud to once again be a part of the Green City Market Chef's BBQ Benefit, Wirtz Beverage Illinois scoured the city to find the most talented and talked-about mixologists and tasked them with the job of creating a one-of-a-kind cocktail using local and organic spirits and Market ingredients. Wirtz Beverage Illinois' Beverage Development Manager

Eric Hay is the Beverage Development Manager for Wirtz Beverage Illinois and created the "Beatrix Potter aka Tiger's Blood" cocktail for the 2012 Green City Market.
